Registration Delivery Method: All passes are “will call” items. Passes can be picked up at the conference registration desk on Saturday, August 11th from 3:00pm-6:00pm; Sunday, August 12th from 8:00am-6:00pm; or Monday August 13th from 8:00am-8:00pm.  Registrants must be 21 years of age or older and present valid identification along with their registration receipt to pick up their passes at the conference

Tickets purchased for TEXSOM or any other related activity on www.texsom.com are subject to the following refund policy:

Cancellations 14 days or greater in advance receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 2-7 days receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations 48 hours or less in advance receive no refund.
